Campus Development and Asset Management Office
Campus Development and Asset Management Office provides assistance to the University in managing its infrastructures and assets.  It also helps monitor the efficient utilization of university resources and materials.  The Office aims to provide logistical support to the MUST Foundation and its subsidiaries and is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all the facilities.  Through cooperating with various units and departments of the University, the Office provides professional advice on property management in order to utilize and allocate resources efficiently.  The Office also devotes great efforts to building a sophisticated learning and living environment for the students and teaching staff of the University.

Scope of Service:

Infrastructure Section
· To build and repair infrastructure;
· To manage and make efficient usage of campus resources

Security Section
·  To provide 24-hour security and fire services;
·  To provide assistance in cases of emergency

Vehicle Operations Section
· To monitor the operations of the university vehicles for official activities;
· To make arrangement on campus traffic and parking

Maintenance Section
· To be responsible for routine maintenance and repair work;
· To monitor the maintenance of large-scale facilities like electrical and mechanical, air-conditioning system etc; hostel and outdoor facilities; teaching equipment; and lighting and audio facilities

Cleaning Section
· To be responsible for campus cleaning and pest control

Gardening Section
· To take care of outdoor and indoor landscape development
· To be responsible for campus environmental conservation

Property Section
· To manage fixed assets on campus;
· To monitor the operations of institutional laboratories and research equipment
