The Office of IT Support
The Office of IT Support is located on the 4/F of Block N. Upholding our goal of providing services with quality and efficiency, the Office aims to provide our staff members and students efficient IT support.
Scope of responsibilities:
- To provide staff members and students with help desk and a hotline for instant IT support;
- To process the replacement of campus cards and staff cards;
- To purchase, install and maintain all IT equipment and application software;
- To manage the University website;
- To develop application systems for the University members.
