The FHTM hosted the Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum Series on March 24, 2017. Mr. Yau Sui Cheong, who is a member of Health Diet Education Association, representing “Healthy Diet and Chinese Herb”, gave a talk to our BFBM students on the Chinese Herb Chick Soup and Healthy Red Dates. Chef Yau has development many healthy recipes in order to make people eat healthy. Many people have myth that cooking with Chinese herb would taste like medicine and refuse that. But Chef Yau had tried to keep the healthy part of the food and herbs and make the food tasty. This is a very good experience for our BFBM students on learning new culinary skills.
