The FHTM hosted the Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum Series on April 21, 2017. Mr. Lau Ka Kei, who is the Culinary Art Direct of Dimcube, Guangzhou, gave a talk to our BFBM students on the Healthy Cooking. Chef Lau was appointed to be the bakery chef when Queen of the British was visiting Hong Kong in 1997. Besides, Chef Lau’s philosophy on culinary arts is “Use something good to bake or cook the best” which is also meeting our concept on Healthy Cooking. This activity was sponsored by Macau Foundation.
