The Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum hosted by FHTM was held on September 29, 2017. Ms. Angela Zheng, Revenue Manager in Crowne Plaza Hotel Macau, was invited to give a talk entitled Revenue Management in the Hotels for our hotel management majors. Ms. Zheng is also one of the alumni of FHTM. She was graduated in 2010.
During the seminar, Ms. Zheng interacted with audience by proposing questions and students could scan the QR code and answer the questions. Ms. Zheng received the students’ response online so that she had ideas of how much students understand the Revenue Department. Through explaining the questions, students had learning the functions of Revenue Management Department. At the end, Ms. Zheng had talked about her career path and encouraged our students to find their direction and set up their goal through internship opportunity.
