The Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum hosted by FHTM was held on October 6, 2017. Ms. Kiki Qi, Front Office Manager in Four Seasons Hotel and Resort in Hong Kong, was invited to give a talk entitledGuest Experiences in Luxury Hotels for our hotel management students. Ms. Qi is also one of the alumni of FHTM who was graduated in 2010.
During the seminar, Ms. Qi took her past work experience and the experience in Four Seasons Brand as an example and explained that under different market segments in different hotel brands or locations, the guest experiences will be varied. She also emphasized how important it is to a luxury hotel to provide “Guest Experience”. Besides, many our year four students who are seeking internship opportunities also asked Ms. Qi on how to prepare their internship interview and how to select a hotel as a start. Ms. Qi also shared some tips on how to show one’s personal characteristics in order to impress the interviewers during the interview. This seminar is sponsored by Macao Foundation.
