MSB delegation visits Portuguese universities to expand cooperation

In response to the positioning of Macau as a platform for business and economic cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries and a bilingual training base for both China and Portugal, the research team on Portuguese-speaking countries economic and trade relations led by Professor Lin Zhijun, Dean of School of Business at Macau University of Science and Technology, recently visited several universities in Portugal to establish academic cooperation on students and faculty member exchange, and research programmes collaboration. The delegation visited the Nova School of Business and Economics, Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, and School of Economics and Management at University of Porto.

Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics was founded in 1989. It is very active in education and research. The School has received three international accreditation programs - EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA. It is widely recognized both at Portugal and abroad and is regarded as the top management and economy school in Portugal. Founded in 1976, the Nova School of Business and Economics is also the best business school in Portugal. It is also accredited by AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA, and is the only CEMS member in Portugal, which has been playing the role of innovator and leader in the field of business education in the country. University of Porto is one of the largest, most influential and oldest universities in Portugal.
