Job Description

工作描述

1、After joining the Bank, we will carry out compound rotational training, including counter exercise, marketing practice, management apprenticeship and other learning and practice tasks, so as to familiarise ourselves with the needs of different categories of customers and the strategies, products and operation modes of the Bank's various business segments;

2. Strict assessment and management mechanism will be implemented during the rotation period, and double-selected posts will be selected according to the cultivation situation after the rotation period is over;

3、During the rotation period, deeply understand the grass-roots operation mode of the bank, master the basic operation of the bank and hall service skills, establish the awareness of risk compliance and the spirit of customer service, improve the basic competence quality, professionalism and working ability of the individual, lay a solid business foundation for the subsequent career development, and choose their own career track.

1、入職後進行複合輪崗歷練，包括臨櫃鍛煉、行銷實踐、管理見習等學習實踐任務，熟悉不同類別客戶的需求和我行各業務板塊戰略、產品及經營模式；

2、輪崗期間實行嚴格的考核、管理機制，輪崗期結束後根據培養情況雙選定崗；

3、輪崗期間深刻理解銀行基層運營模式，掌握銀行基礎運營及廳堂服務技能，樹立風險合規意識和客戶服務精神，提高個人基本勝任素質、專業素養和工作能力，為後續職業發展奠定扎實的業務基礎，並選擇自己的職業賽道。

Requirements

應聘要求

1、Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, 2025 graduates are preferred;

2、Interested in the financial industry, finance-related internship work experience is preferred;

3、Possess excellent logical thinking ability, analytical and creative ability, organisational and coordination ability and team cooperation consciousness, positive mindset, self-driven and result-oriented;

4、Ability to accept 1-2 years of rotation experience, the courage to accept challenges, outstanding overall quality.

1、本科及以上學歷，專業不限，2025屆畢業生優先；

2、對金融行業感興趣、有金融相關實習工作經驗者優先；

3、具備優秀的邏輯思維能力、分析創造能力、組織協調能力和團隊合作意識，心態積極、自我驅動、結果導向；

4、能接受1-2年的輪崗歷練，勇於接受挑戰，綜合素質突出。
