“Steps to Entrepreneurship” aims to provide opportunities for students to have face-to-face interaction with investors, and to create a platform which integrates ideas and resources. Students who were awarded prizes in entrepreneurship competitions in or outside Macao are welcome to join.
The deadline for application is 15 Oct 2018.
I. Objective: 1.To create conditions for winners of entrepreneurship competitions to demonstrate their projects to investors; 2.To enhance the presentation skills of higher education students by doing roadshows.
II. Target: Student who was awarded prizes in entrepreneurship competitions in or outside Macao.
Note: It includes Macao residents who have completed higher education programmes between 2017 and June 2018
III. Organizer: Tertiary Education Services Office (Realized by Guangzhou Youth Federation, Nansha, Guangzhou)
IV. Date and time: 20 October (Saturday) 2018; 15:00-16:30
V. Venue: Centre for Higher Education Students
VI. Period of Registration: 27/9/2018-15/10/2018
VII. Number of teams: 5 teams (those which participated in entrepreneurship competitions and were awarded in the past academic year, i.e. 2017/2018 academic year). Participating teams will be allocated by regions if the number of applicants exceeds 5 teams.
VIII. Language: Mandarin
IX. Rundown: 1.Roadshows – Participants will carry out roadshows by teams; 2.Commentary session- Investors will give comments to the participating teams; 3.Exchange – Participants will exchange with the investors.
