工作描述

-          Responsible for technical support of system solutions

-          Hardware and software installation and configuration

-          Liaise with clients in seeking for the best use of system solutions to enhance operation workflow

-          Provide on-site & off-site support and training to the clients

Requirements

應聘要求

-          Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

-          Basic knowledge in network infrastructure, PC, Windows Severs, Web applications, SQL or Linux

-          Good command of English & Chinese (both written and spoken)

-          Willing to perform shift duties and work during weekends and statutory holidays

-          Good team player and good communication skills with all level of users

-          Good planning and analytical skills with positive attitude

-          Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) systems or supporting hospitality software products would be an advantage

-          Immediate available is preferred

-          Travelling may be required

Job Description

工作描述

-          Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

-          Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.

-          Collaborate with cross-functional teams, development teams and management teams/key users within the business.

-          Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

-          Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

-          Ensuring project deadlines are met.

-          Providing administrative support as needed.

-          Assess project risks, issues and provide solutions where applicable.

-          Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

-          Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

-          Strong leadership and relationship skills, with an ability to build good relationship with stakeholders.

-          Hardware and software installation & configuration as needed.

Requirements

-          Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information System or relevant disciplines

-          Minimum 2 years working experience in IT project management

-          Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) systems or hotel industry related systems would be an advantage

-          Good interpersonal and communication skills

-          Occasionally shift duties and work during holiday with special allowance or compensatory leave.

-          Immediate availability is preferred.
