Job Description

工作描述

- Understand the daily operations of Macau IT team;

- Assist IT teammates to handle daily IT helpdesk hotline enquiries and involve in the troubleshooting processes;

- Assist IT teammates to maintain proper call logs and IT asset inventory records;

- Involve in any PCs/Laptops software upgrade;

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

應聘要求

- University student; preferably at Year 2 or 3 and major in Computer Science or Information Technology;

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

- Strong at problem analysis and decision making;

- Outgoing personality with effective presentation skills;

- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
