Job Description

工作描述

• Assist in managing Services and Maintenance jobs including but not limited to work schedule, trouble shooting, documentations as well as testing and commissioning of systems 協助維修和保養工作，包括工作安排、故障排除、文件管理以及系統測試 ;
• Provide technical supports and improvement recommendations to clients 為客戶提供技術支援並提出改進建議 ;
• Work closely with external and internal parties to provide services excellence to clients 與外部及內部團隊緊密合作，提供卓越的客戶服務;
• Report to Services Managers on any critical changes and potential issues in a timely manner 及時向上司報告任何重要變更及潛在問題;
• Perform other duties as assigned 執行其他指派的職責;
• 5.5 days work 五天半工作。

Requirements

應聘要求

• Fresh Graduates from Diploma or above in Computer/Electronic/Building Services Engineering or 持有電腦、電子或屋宇設備工程相關的文憑、高級文憑或以上學歷的應屆畢業生 或
• With 1-2 years' relevant work experience具有 1-2 年相關工作經驗;
• Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese • 具備良好的中英文書面及口語溝通能力 ;
• Well-organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 良好組織力，注重細節，能有效安排優先項目並按時完成;
• Good team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills 良好合作精神，溝通及人際交往能力;
• Proactive and eager to learn 積極主動，樂於學習;
• Position title may vary depending on level of experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Services Engineer 職位將根據經驗水平而有所不同。 具有較多經驗的候選人將被考慮為服務工程師.
