Non-resident Students who have purchased Student’ s Group Medical Insurance,

        This is to inform you that in order to simplify the procedure of cheque collection for students (insureds), insurance company provides auto-pay claim service for insureds. In accordance with the notice issued by Student Affairs Office on August 26, 2020（Ref No.: MUST/20/028/SA/N）,it is estimated that the automatisation of reimbursement for Student’ s Group Medical Claim will be completed by the 2020/2021 academic year, unless under exceptional circumstances Student Affairs Office shall no longer receives cheque issued by the insurance company.

        Students who completed the auto-pay claim procedure for Student’s Group Medical Claim before November 27, 2020 could view the claim progress with ‘AIA Connect’ APP for inquiries regarding the claim progress ( see attachment for more details) after the claim has been made for 2 months：

        To students who haven’t completed the auto-pay claim procedure, you can view the result on the webpage of university after the claim has been made for 2 months. Since the second semester in the 2020/2021 academic year (Jan 13, 2021), the automatisation of reimbursement for Student’ s Group Medical Claim will be duly implemented. Whether the claim is approved or not, please go to the insurance company with a student card for collection as soon as possible. To students in need of making application for auto-pay claim procedure, please fill in the form by December 31, 2020.
