News:As of September Collection of Student’s Group Medical Claim will be carried out with Auto-pay Claim Service

All student,

       In order to achieve greater efficiency, and streamline the procedure of insureds’ paper document submission and cheque collection of claim. As of September 2021, the insurance company of ‘Student’s Group Medical Claim’ will implement auto-pay claim service for insureds, Non-resident Students who haven’t completed the auto-pay claim procedure, please login to WeMust Student App for registration of auto-pay claim service, in order to make application of claim when needed. Please see the table below for the route of registration.

       Students who have completed the auto-pay claim procedure could view the claim progress with ‘AIA Connect’ APP after the claim has been made for 2 months.

 

Result

Ways for Collection/Inquiry

Case 1:

Claim is approved

Reimbursement will be deposited into the bank account registered by students through auto-pay.

Case 2:

Claim is unapproved

1.      After the claim has been made for 2 months, students could visit the webpage of the University > Academic Support > Student Affairs Office > Student Service > Group Insurance > List of Group Insurance Medial Claim*to view the result.

2.      Proceed to the insurance company with a student card for inquires as soon as possible.
