致 澳科大已订购本学期教材学生:
鉴于目前的新冠病毒抗疫形势下,为尽可能保证同学们的上课用书,配合大学开展线上教学工作,图书出版及供应中心就教材问题与学院、书商、出版商等多方进行了紧急沟通,决定在保护知识产权的前提下,采取以下临时措施:
- 向已订购教材的本澳学生及目前留澳的外地学生派发教材。为避免人员聚集,我们已通知学生分批前来领取。主要时间集中在2月14日全天、15日上午。如错过该日期,请向我们另行提出预约,确认后再前来取书。
- 部分出版商同意对已订购纸本书的同学发放临时电子版教材。我们将尽快通过电邮向已订购教材的同学发送相关电子书及密码(请见附件可发送密码书单,已订教材的同学注意查收邮件)。须注意这些短期临时电子书是因为订有纸本书书商才授权提供,纸本书将保留至学生返校时领取。
- 对于有需要补购相关电子书或密码书的同学,我们稍后会公布订购办法,请同学自行在网上直接向出版社或其他书店订购。
- 对于其他无法提供电子书的,同学可自行决定是否在网上采购纸本书,以解决上课燃眉之急。
- 部分教材在出版商同意的情况下,将由老师以电子文件形式分章节发送给修读同学,但须注意不可传递给他人,并在到期后自行删除,以避免触犯版权保护相关法例。
- 学生订购的教材均已备好,待学生返校时将安排统一派发。
- 其他事宜将视疫情状况及大学安排另行通告。
