We are looking for Interns to join our 1-year internship program in our Macau office. You will learn and gain exposure through working in different departments. You will also contribute to key company events on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

YOUR TAKEAWAY FROM MHD INTERNSHIP:

• Work Exposure - through structured learning plan & project list, business and projects involvement (market visits, client meetings, activations), product trainings and wines & spirits industry knowledge

YOUR ROLE IN MHD:

• Support Sales team to ensure smooth implementation of activations in line with brand strategy
• Liaise between Sales, Marketing, Customers and Vendors on marketing executions
• Ensure point of sales (POS), visibility and shelf merchandising are properly displayed in each outlet
• Assist in business review, contract update and renewal
• Prepare Excel analysis and PowerPoint reports
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
• Assist reporting in retail pricing and promotion activities in market, including competitors’ activities
• Assist in SalesForce usage and support
• Support sales team in pricing, credit note submission, expense claim
• Manage marketing expenditures, purchase orders and payment process
