Jiangsu JITRI Brain Machine Fusion Intelligence Institute Co., Ltd General Manager Chen Hongda visited Zhuhai MUST Science and Technology Research Institute for academic cooperation on June 7, 2023. They were warmly welcomed by Executive Head Tang Jianxin, Professor Li Liang, Assistant Professor Wu Hao and Assistant Professor Zeng Songshan from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Faculty of Innovation Engineering.
At the meeting, Executive Head Tang Jianxin introduced the Macao Institute of Materials Science and Engineering to the guests, as well as the founding vision, research direction and progress of MIMSE’s integration into the Greater Bay Area. He expected more and deeper exchange and cooperation with the Jiangsu JITRI Brain Machine Fusion Intelligence Institute Co., Ltd in the near future. General Manager Chen Hongda complimented the rapid progress of MIMSE and gave a detailed introduction to the development and research focuses of the Jiangsu JITRI Brain Machine Fusion Intelligence Institute Co., Ltd. At the same time, they are looking forward to making full use of the platform resources of the Jiangsu JITRI Brain Machine Fusion Intelligence Institute Co., Ltd and actively promoting related project cooperation.
Subsequently, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions and idea exchanges on their respective research strengths in the field of nanomaterial technology and application, and optoelectronic information technology. Also, they exchanged opinions on cooperation issues such as research project cooperation and resource sharing, and reached a preliminary consensus on establishing joint laboratories and joint training of talents. They hoped to work together in the future orienting the national strategy "Four Facings" to jointly promote the development of China’s science and technology in the “New Era”.
