On the morning of December 5th, Vice Dean Fu Rong and her delegation from Wuyi University's School of Politics and Law visited the Faculty of Law at Macau University of Science and Technology. The reception was attended by Dean Fang Quan, Program Director Bi Jingwei, and Program Director Mou Xiaobo. Vice Dean Xu Dandan and Lecturer Wu Zhemian accompanied the delegation from Wuyi University's School of Politics and Law.
The visit was aimed at enhancing communication and exploring potential collaborations between the two institutions.
During the meeting, Dean Fang Quan provided an introduction to the Faculty of Law's scale, achievements, and various initiatives, while Vice Dean Fu Rong shared information about the School of Politics and Law at Wuyi University, including the establishment of the "Intellectual Property Innovation Experimental Class" to develop compound talents. Vice Dean Fu Rong expressed a desire to receive support from the Faculty of Law at Macau University of Science and Technology and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Intellectual Property Legal Alliance, and to collaborate in talent cultivation, academic research, and social aspects.
The School of Politics and Law at Wuyi University joined the alliance, initiated by the Faculty of Law at Macau University of Science and Technology, as one of the governing units in 2020. Both institutions hope to deepen their contact and work together in the future.
