The Faculty of Law at M.U.S.T. participated in the "2022 CUPL - Beijing Winter Camp for Hong Kong and Macao Law Students"

The event was held online from December 26-30, 2022, and aimed to provide an opportunity for students from Hong Kong, Macao, and mainland China to exchange ideas and learn from each other in the field of law. The event attracted nearly 100 teachers and students from universities in Hong Kong, Macao, and the China University of Political Science and Law. Fifteen students, including Wang Yanbo, Lan Zihang, Zhou Shunjin, Li Yiman, Sun Xiaohui, and Yao Zhizhi, as well as Assistant Professor Wang Chao from the Faculty of Law, attended the event. The participation of the Faculty of Law in this event highlights the school's commitment to providing its students with opportunities to broaden their knowledge and perspectives in the field of law.

Assistant Professor Wang Chao, representing M.U.S.T. teachers, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the winter camp. He praised the winter camp for providing an excellent platform for participating students to learn about mainland Chinese law, enrich and enhance their learning experiences, exchange ideas with students from different universities and cultures, and gain more information and resources on education, further studies, and employment. A student representative from the Faculty of Law also spoke at the event, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to participate and learn about Chinese law and culture, and for the chance to interact with students from different regions. The representative emphasized the value of the experience for their future learning and career development and hoped for more opportunities for such exchanges and learning in the future.

At the closing ceremony of the online winter camp, Zhou Shujin, a representative of the Faculty of Law, expressed his gratitude to the university for providing the valuable opportunity to participate in the exchange program. The winter camp's curriculum and discussions were rich and varied, allowing students to work in teams with excellent student representatives from other schools, exchange ideas, learn from each other, and develop a sense of mutual help and love. Through understanding the similarities and differences in legal systems among the three regions, the students were able to strengthen their friendship.
