On the morning of November 17, 2023, representatives from Beijing Jing Shi Law Firm, including its headquarters and 22 branch offices, visited the Faculty of Law at M.U.S.T. The visit was part of the youth lawyer study tour. At the symposium, Director Yi Zaicheng, from The Legal Practice and Education Centre of the Faculty of Law, Program Director Xie Gengliang, Program Director Mou Xiaobo, Assistant Professor Peng Yunpeng, and Assistant Professor Liao Si were present.
Director Yi Zaicheng extended a warm welcome to the visiting young lawyers and introduced the educational and research characteristics, talent cultivation, affiliated institutions, and international exchanges of the Faculty of Law. Subsequently, faculty members of the Faculty of Law engaged in discussions with the visiting lawyers on topics such as the practice of law and the judiciary in Macau, legal cooperation and coordination between Macau and mainland China, and the current impact of artificial intelligence and big data on the legal profession. Deputy Director Li Dawei of the Youth Working Committee of Jing Shi Law Firm (National) expressed gratitude to the Faculty of Law and expressed the hope for continued friendly communication, strengthened exchanges, and further cooperation between the two parties.
