A doctoral student from the Faculty of Law has been awarded the "11th Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship."

Recently, the "3rd Ying Songnian Outstanding Achievement Award in Administrative Law" and the "11th Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship" award ceremony were held in Guangzhou. Zhan Pengwei, a doctoral student from the Faculty of Law at the M.U.S.T., became the first student from Hong Kong and Macau universities to receive this prestigious award.

The Ying Songnian Administrative Law Fund was initiated by the China University of Political Science and Law in 2005. Its purpose is to reward outstanding administrative law graduate students nationwide and promote the development of theoretical research in administrative law. The application is open to all doctoral and master's students in administrative law across the country. According to the "Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship Evaluation Measures," the evaluation committee conducts two rounds of preliminary and final evaluations, considering the candidates' academic achievements, awards received, and academic performance. Our student, Zhan Pengwei, stood out and was awarded the "11th Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship."
