On May 15th, 2014, Principal Jack Tuason and Culinary Head Chef Cheongyan See from Endurun College（Philippines）visited MUST. They were warmly received by Prof. Zhang Shu Guang, Standing Vice President, Dr. Tong Ka Lok, Vice President, Ms. Amy Chu, Head of Academic Affairs Office, Mr. Jean Alberti, Director of Training Restaurant, Ms. Mandy Chan, Consultant of Training Restaurant.
Both sides had a very fruitful discussion on how the two institutions could collaborate in the areas of F & B, Restaurant Management and Hotel Management. Both reached consensus on possible projects including but not limited to experiential learning for both students, staff exchange, curricula development and joint certificate programs. And the two sides also agreed on a tentative arrangement on implementation details and timeframe.
