The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Macau University of Science and Technology will co-organize with MGM Macau to hold the Second Session of “Chef Series” -- Culinary Demonstration Workshop with Chef Neo Ng from MGM Macau on November 12th, 2021. At that time, Chef Neo Ng, Pastry Chef of Food and Beverage at MGM Macau will be invited to the scene to share his successful industry experience and to demonstrate pastry skills.

Guest Speaker: Chef Neo Ng
Chef Neo Ng, who has over 20 years of experience in pastry making, joined MGM Macau since 2016 and is in charge of the daily operation of the Pastry Bar and the co-ordination of the opening of MGM Cotai. At present, he is responsible for managing all the desserts of Anytime at MGM Cotai, as well as the pastries and bakery products of Western restaurants. In order to broaden his horizons, he has actively participated in different international competitions and achieved good results since 2008.
