Professor Antti Honkanen, Dr. Joho Pesonen, and Ms. Anja Tuohino from Center for Tourism Studies, University of Eastern Finland (UEF) visited Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism Management (FHTM) on 12th December 2014. Prof Zhang Shuguang, Standing Vice Rector of Macao University of Science and Technology, Acting Dean for FHTM, warmly received the visitors. In the welcome meeting, Prof Zhang and the visitors discussed the cooperation between FHTM and the UEF in fields of joint tourism research and teaching and learning exchanges. Professor Sun Jian Rong, Associate Vice Rector of MUST, Ms Amy Chu, MUST’s Head of Academic Affairs Office, and Dr Yong Zhou, Program Director of FHTM attended the meeting. A research seminar was held in the afternoon in which Dr Vincent Ting Pong Cheng, Maria YoungHee Lee, Juan Tang, Yang Zhang, and Yong Zhou, talked with the visitors about the possibilities of taking joint research.
