The FHTM hosted the second Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum on October 15, 2015. Ms. Gladys Tam, Director of Human Resources in the Venetian, was invited to give a talk entitled Human Resource Trend in Macao for our hotel management majors. Ms. Tam shared her career path and tips for operating the human resources. It provided an update of the hotel business in the Venetian and the prospect of hospitality industry in Macau.
