The Student Chef Program was initiated in September 2015 to facilitate the food and beverage management students to work closely with chefs in the Seasons restaurant. The selected students have made significant contribution for cooking and received hands-on experience in culinary arts. The FHTM gave a big thanks to these students on December 16 by providing a dinner and offering the certificates of appreciation for these students. Dean Philip Xie praised students’ time and effort to get the program done in a timely fashion. During the dinner, students shared their experience and cooking skills.
