The FHTM hosted a lecture on March 30, 2016. Mr. Tim Ruding, Asia Regional Manager of SEG (Swiss Education Group), was invited to give a talk entitled “Table Manners and Wine Appreciation” for the students. Tim demonstrated the table manners that how to behave when having a meal, as well as the basic steps of wine tasting, which included seeing the color, smelling and tasting. Then, Jacqueline from SEG introduced the educational institutes of hotel management in Switzerland and shared the life of the students who were graduated from FHTM and currently studying in Switzerland.
