The FHTM hosted the forth Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum on April 18, 2016. Mr. Timothy Millet, Director of Learning & Advancement in Wynn Palace, was invited to give a talk entitled Enhancing Employability for our food and beverage management majors. Mr. Millet started with his self-introduction in the hospitality industry, education experience and then how he gets back to hospitality again. He shared with students not only on how to write a good resume in order to impress the reviewers but also on how to prepare the interview. Coupled with his previous teaching experience, Mr. Millet has made his talk vividly. Students expressed a lot of joys for the workshop. This lecture was sponsored by Macao Foundations.
