The fourth lecture of the “Seminars by F & B Leaders” hosted by FHTM was held on April 12, 2019. Mr.Zou ZiLong , General Manager of Green Fingers Organic farm in Zhuhai GuangDong, was invited to give a talk entitled Organic Food and Its Process for our food and beverage management majors.
Mr. Zou Zilong first explained the development of the organic farm industry and the current situation of the Green Finger Organic Farm. And through the development of Green Finger Organic Farm, many issues related to the development of organic farms and the future of organic farms have been expanded. Finally, Mr. Zou Zilong also hopes that the students majored in the food and beverage management can learn more about the organic farms and organic agriculture, and how to provide safe and natural ingredients for customers when the students devote themselves to the food and beverage industry in the future.
