On October 22, 2021, the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) at Macau University of Science and Technology held the second lecture " Hotel and Resort Operating Assets and Management " on Zoom. Ms. Beira Xianhe Fu, M.U.S.T. Alumni and Founder of Beijing Synling Asset Management Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to share and give a speech.
Ms. Beira Xianhe Fu Gave a Lecture
Before this lecture, Ms. Fu briefly introduced her personal experience. After studying abroad, she had been deeply engaged in the hotel real estate industry and had rich experience in hotel investment as well as management of operational assets. During the speech, Ms. Fu demonstrate the whole process of hotel development in detail, hotel group merging and acquisition issue, evaluation of hotel assets and performance, hotel financing restructuring and related topics, and took the investment in “MUST Hotel” as an example to deliver a more vivid interpretation.
After the lecture, Ms. Fu answered students' questions warmly and patiently. She analyzed different aspects of hotel operation, hotel profitability, hotel risk management and hotel crisis management. She also provided suggestions and encouragement for the future development of the students. Students benefited a lot from the knowledge and experience that Ms. Fu conferred in this lecture.
