On November 5, 2021, the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) at Macau University of Science and Technology held the fourth lecture of the “Seminars by Hotel Managers" series.  Mr. Goodspeed Wu, M.U.S.T. Alumni and Senior Manager of Hotel Openings and Transitions of Asia Pacific at Hilton, gave his lecture on “Revenue Management” via zoom.  The seminar was sponsored by the Macau Foundation.

Mr. Goodspeed Wu Gave a Lecture

At the beginning of the lecture, Mr. Goodspeed Wu interacted with students through questions on revenue management, updating students' ideas, and giving feedback immediately. Students actively participated in the discussion. During the lecture, Mr. Wu shared his experience and in-depth discussion on the products and revenue management provided by the hotel and also discussed some of the latest industry status and future development prospects. Mr. Wu also gave students some suggestions on study and career planning and deepened students' understanding of this topic through online game interaction. The answers and advice from Mr. Wu were very instructive and inspiring.
