Shi Ting Li, a first-year graduate student from FHTM at MUST, attended the seminar and shared, “As a generation Y myself, I gained a greater understanding of the Next Gen consumers in this seminar. It has inspired my thoughts on what they need and where we should target advertisements. In addition, it gave me insights about my current research area and future career. Thank Dr. Wang for sharing.”

Jun Bin Li, a first-year graduate student from FHTM at MUST, attended the seminar and shared, “It is an honored to participate this seminar. Overall, I am deeply impressed by Dr. Shuo Wang’s definitions of generational differences in consumption patterns. In the information technology era, short videos traffic can convert into profitability and attract high volume of tourists. I believe MGM could use this approach to boost popularity and become customer’s targeted destination in the forthcoming National Day holidays.”

Mr. Mike Lei, Assistant Vice President of Casino Slot Operation of MGM, stated that this seminar deepened his understanding of the consumption behavior of the new generation of mainland tourists. From the seminar, he could more accurately formulate personalized services and products, help to continuously optimize the quality of services, and further effectively expand the new generation of customers.
