Prof. Pan Su Ying Gave a Lecture

Associate Professor Pan Su Ying pointed out that to judge whether students want to engage in research work, they need to consider two things: first, they need to have enough love and understanding of research work. Secondly, they need to be more courageous even in the face of setbacks and difficulties in research work. Students are also encouraged to face setbacks and failures with a positive and optimistic attitude even when they encounter setbacks and failures in research. In addition to research, Prof. Pan stated that student can maintain a good balance between life and work, develop interests and hobbies, and maintain good communication with family and friends.

In the Q&A session, Prof. Pan Su Ying kindly answered all the questions and provided an insightful perspective on future development in this field. In the end, all the teachers and students took a group photo together, marking a successful conclusion to the lecture.
