On lst April, 2014, Prof. Lin, Si-Shyun and Prof. Lai, Hung-Sheng from Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan with 40 undergraduate and postgraduate students visited MUST. Dean of FHTM, Prof. Michael John Hitchcock, Assistant Dean of FHTM, Associate Prof. Lai, Ka Wai, and Assistant Prof. of FHTM, Dr. Pan, Su-Ying showed warm greetings to the visiting professors and students.
During the visit, Prof. Michael John Hitchcock introduced the programs at FHTM, showed the visitors around the training restaurant, and highlighted how FHTM practices the concept of from farm to table management and experiential learning. Additionally, visitors participated in the HRM course instructed by Dr. Pan, Su-Ying. It provided a good platform for MUST students and visiting students to share experiences and thoughts. It is an innovative way for academic exchange and all the students embraced differences between bothsides and enjoyed the class activity.
Both sides look forward to more academic exchange events in the near future.
