On 29th April the students of the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management organized an International Food and Cultural Festival in partnership with the University International College under the direction of Ms Echo Fan. Restaurateurs from Macau representing different culinary traditions organized food stalls in N101 representing countries such as France, UK, India, Spain and Thailand. Students had to accumulate points by answering questions about the different countries in order to be able to order dishes. There was also a rich Indian cultural performance involving five beautifully attired dancers and singers.
