In response to the national “Belt and Road” Initiative, fully leveraging Macao’s unique platform advantages, precisely aligning with national development strategies, and promoting the coordinated development of translational medicine and the big health industry, the 2026 Belt and Road Initiative Global Health Forum, solemnly organized by the Macao University of Science and Technology Foundation and the Macao Translational Medicine Center, will be held from May 19 (Tuesday) to May 22 (Friday), 2026, at the Banquet Hall of Wynn Palace Hotel in Macao.

This forum is supported by the Macao Special Administrative Region Government’s Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute, Economic and Technological Development Bureau, Health Bureau, Science and Technology Development Fund, and Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau, and is co-organized with Springer Nature.
The forum aims to bring together top experts, scholars, industry leaders, and representatives of investment institutions in the fields of global translational medicine and big health. It will facilitate in-depth exchanges on cutting-edge scientific research achievements and industry development trends. Leveraging the Macao Translational Medicine Center’s integrated industry-academia-research platform and academic cooperation resources with Springer Nature, the forum is committed to promoting the clinical translation of big health innovations and international collaboration, contributing to the construction of the national “Health Silk Road,” and serving the joint construction of the “Belt and Road” and the global community of health for mankind.
This year’s forum focuses on the deep integration of the “Belt and Road” Initiative and the big health industry. It will feature keynote speeches and thematic discussion sessions, providing a high-level, international platform for exchange and cooperation for all participants.
