Major Selection

In accordance with the BBA program, students are required to start taking their major courses from the third year onwards. The BBA program is organized with the following majors: Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, International Trade, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Analysis and Business Management.

Students should submit their major selection application through the COES system in the second semester of the second year. An orientation for major selection will be held before the application period.  Please refer to the online notice for details about the briefing and application dates.  

When choosing a major, students should first have a clear understanding of their personal study direction and interests, and are highly recommended to discuss with their family members or friends, and consult with teachers. (Please note that once the confirmation of major selection is submitted, no changes can be made.)

A student may be assigned a major he or she did not apply for in the following situations.

1) The application is not submitted by the deadline (the application period is in accordance with the Online Major Selection Notice).

2) The student does not meet the performance requirements of the three majors he or she applies for.

*Note: In accordance with the regulations of the School of Business, students must meet the cumulative GPA requirements from the first semester to the third semester, and the School will make final approval based on the availability and teaching conditions of the major. The major availability depends on the number of students selected and the Faculty Office reserves the right to decline to offer a major with insufficient number of students.
