Notes for Congregation

Family/friends of the students must enter the Congregation hall with the admission ticket before 14:00. Late comers will not be admitted to the Congregation hall. Owning to limited space, the seats will be provided on a first-come first-served basis.

To keep the Congregation running smoothly,please read the following notes carefully:

1. Please enter the Congregation hall with the admission ticket within designated period. Late comers will not be admitted to the Congregation hall.
2. Children under age 6 will not be admitted to the Congregation.
3. Attire should be decent and tidy. Attendees who are not properly dressed will not be allowed to enter the Congregation hall.
4. Please switch off the mobile phone during the Congregation.
5. Smoking and eating are forbidden in the Congregation hall.
6. Please keep quiet and do not leave your seats to take photos during the Congregation.
