Baroque music, featured as elegant classics full of vitality, connects the past and the future through the long flowing melodic lines and terraced dynamics.
Classical music is a pearl of the world's legacy, varying from the irregular patterns reflected in Baroque to the graceful roundness of classic jade beads. Hosted by the University's Cultural and Sports Development Office (CSDO), the Campus Music Appreciation-From Baroque to Classical Period will be played at 19:00-20:00 on April 29, 2021 (Thursday) at Lecture hall N101. Conducted by Francis Kan, the Macao Orchestra will perform this special concert. Our romantic journey will begin with the lingering sounds reverberated in flicking strings and the flying keys. And we will trace the Western music development and encounter a new world transcending time and space.
