The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Macau University of Science and Technology will hold the 1st Session of “Chef Series” -- Culinary Demonstration Workshop by Chef Xu Dong on March 17th, 2022. Celebrity Chef of China Xu Dong was invited to demonstrate culinary skills of Sichuan Cuisine.

Guest Speaker: Chef Xu Dong
Xu Dong, Executive Chef of the Pop-up Sichuan restaurant, who entered the industry in 2001. As the culinary production director of the Pop-up Sichuan restaurant Yang 19 Club, Chef Xu Dong created amazing dishes with international Michelin standard. The mentor of Chef Xu Dong is Zhao Deming - a national pastry master and is the fourth-generation successor of Dim Sum who had won numerous honors and awards.
