The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Macau University of Science and Technology will hold the 2nd Session of “Chef Series” -- Culinary Demonstration Workshop by Dim Sum Chef Tan Guanglin on March 31st, 2022. At that time, Celebrity Chef of China Tan Guanglin will be invited to the scene to demonstrate culinary skills of Dim Sum.

Guest Speaker: Tan Guanglin

Celebrity Chef of China Tan Guanglin, has more 30 years’ experience in culinary. He is the Dim Sum chef of the Food and Beverage Department of the White Swan Hotel and a core member of the "Cantonese Cuisine Master Studio" of Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province. He has participated in the production of grand banquets for heads of state and prime ministers from many countries. He seeks to expand on Chinese cuisine’s vastness with a dim sum demonstration, combining with Chinese and Western culture.
