Dr. Dominic Szambowski, Dean of the Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS), holds a Doctorate of Education from the University of Sydney and has held key leadership roles in several higher education institutions. Prior to joining SHMS, he served as President and CEO of the International College of Management Sydney, Vice Chancellor & Chief Executive of BERJAYA University College of Hospitality, President of INTI International College Subang, and Executive Dean of INTI International University & Colleges Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Tourism, etc. He has published several academic papers such as The Reality Approach to Educating Hospitality Managers: An Australian Model.
