Ms. Icy Lei, Executive Director of Digital Product Strategy & Data Science of MGM, and possesses 15 years of experience in the industry of Integrated Resort (IR). In early phases of her career, Ms. Lei already realized that single-point traditional marketing strategies would not be sufficient in serving the ever-changing customer demand. Therefore, she took up multiple roles in leading digital transformation projects to streamline operational processes and optimize customer experience and have gradually developed her expertise in Customer Relationship Management and made her career progression in the industry.
