The FHTM hosted the first Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum on March 7, 2016. Mr. Kent Cheng, Director of Restaurant Operations in Sands China, was invited to give a talk entitled Food and Beverage Industryfor our food and beverage management majors. Mr. Cheng shared his work experience in food and beverage industry in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China and Macau. He also candidly provided the advantages and disadvantages of working in this industry, such as low entry level. Meanwhile, he encouraged our students not to give up any opportunity to pursue higher education. This lecture was sponsored by Macao Foundation.
