The FHTM hosted the fifth Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum on April 25, 2016. Mr. Felix Luo, Vice President of Harvey Hotel Management, was invited to give a talk entitled the Human Resource Management Trends in Chinafor our food and beverage management majors. Mr. Luo started with the introduction of Harvey Hotel Management Company and the partnership with hotels in Mainland China and overseas. Mr. Luo is not only working in hospitality industry for over 30 years but also a visiting professor in many colleges in Guangdong Province. In his speech, he shared a lot of information on the human resource management in the hotel industry in Mainland China and researches he has done in the past year.
