Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management and School of Continuing Studies have invited Mr. Martin Yan, celebrity chef and food writer, to give a talk in N317 on May 5, 2016. Mr. Yan is a Chinese-American chef and has hosted his award winning cooking show Yan Can Cook since 1982. He is one of the top chefs in the world and published 26 recipe books and 5 world cooking awards. Mr. Yan shared his career development with our students and the success to reach the goals. He has given a lot of encouragements for our students majoring in food and beverage management. Yan’s talk received warm reception from students and faculty alike. The lecture is sponsored by the Macao Foundation.
