On June 27, 2016, Dean Philip Xie, Program Directors Jose Wong and Brenda Yang, visited the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (SHTM) at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dean Kaye Chon of SHTM welcomed the team and introduced the establishment of Hotel Icon as a teaching hotel. In addition, Dean Chon showed around the classrooms, computer lab, School library as well as the teaching restaurant. It was an excellent event to network and strengthen partnership with Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
