The Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum hosted by FHTM was held on November 16, 2016. Mr. Timothy Millet, Director of Learning & Advancement in Wynn Palace, was invited to give a talk entitled Enhancing Employability for our Food and Beverage Management majors. Mr. Millet started with his self-introduction in the hospitality industry, education experience and then how he gets back to hospitality again. In his speech, he shared with students not only on how to write good curriculum vitae in order to impress the employers but also on how to prepare the interviews. Coupled with his wealth of teaching knowledge, Mr. Millet has made this workshop vividly. Students all expressed how much they enjoyed the workshop.
