The FHTM hosted the Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum Series on March 17, 2017. Mr. Wong Lung To, who is a member of French Blue Ribbon Food Association, as well as member of Public Health Diet Association, representing the proud of “Ah Yat Abalone”, gave a talk to our BFBM students on the “secret recipes of soaking and cooking abalones”. He firstly introduced the characteristic of different types of abalones, and then he invited our students to help him make the abalone gravy for students to taste.
Besides, students also proposed some questions regarding the career plan of working in the food and beverage industry. Chef Wong also provided very good suggestions on it. This activity was sponsored by Macau Foundation.
