The second lecture of the “Seminars by Hotel Managers” and the internship talk presented by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts hosted by FHTM was held on October, 10th 2018. There were eight hotel representatives attending this event, they are Shangri-La Hotel, Yangzhou; Shangri-La's Sanya Resort & Spa, Hainan; Shangri-La Hotel, Nanchang; Shangri-La Hotel, Guangzhou; Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen; Shangri-La Hotel, Baotou; Shangri-La Hotel, Huhhot and Shangri-La Hotel, Shanghai.
This internship talk was presented by the Talent Acquisition Manager Mr. Eden Wang, from Shangri-La Hotel, Shanghai. He gave a brief introduction of the background, mission and the future plan of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, followed by the introduction of the internship program provided by the 8 attended Shangri-La Hotels. Besides, the Director of Talent Acquisition, Ms. Cathy Yang, from Shangri-La Hotel, Shanghai shared some very useful tips about the career path development to our students.
